We recently held a forest meditation healing program at the Golden Mountain Cabin Center on Gyeryong Mountain.

Instructors specializing in breathing meditation and mind healing gathered from across the country, including Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Jeju, for an integrated healing experience over two days and three nights.

The five partner instructors took turns leading sessions on various topics, including body healing, breathing meditation, mind healing, and forest healing. Approximately 10 participants from different regions joined us for this enriching program.

It was a wonderful opportunity to breathe, walk, and meditate deeply in nature.
